1. Introduction

Welcome to LOUNCHY. By accessing or using our website and services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Our Services

LOUNCHY provides curated business opportunities, educational blueprints, step-by-step implementation guidance, progress tracking, and AI-assisted coaching. Our services are intended for informational and educational purposes.

3. No Earnings Guarantee

LOUNCHY does not guarantee income, business success, or specific financial results. Outcomes depend on individual effort, market conditions, skills, available resources, and other factors beyond our control.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for providing accurate registration information, maintaining the confidentiality of your account, and notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. You must not misuse the platform or interfere with its operation.

5. Subscriptions and Billing

LOUNCHY offers subscription-based access to its services. Available plans, prices, trial conditions, and included features are displayed on our pricing page before purchase. Paid subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled.

Where a seven-day free trial is offered, a valid payment method may be required. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the selected subscription will begin billing at the disclosed recurring price.

Founding member pricing: the first 500 paying members receive the founding price (€21 per month for Pro, €38 per month for Premium). This price stays the same for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption. If a founding subscription is canceled or ends, any new subscription is charged at the regular price shown on the pricing page at that time.

The free trial is available once per customer. Customers who have previously started a subscription or trial are not eligible for a new trial.

Payment processing and applicable transaction taxes may be handled by an authorized Merchant of Record, as identified during checkout. Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

6. Blueprint Access

Blueprint unlock allowances depend on the selected plan: one unlock during the free trial, two new unlocks per billing month on Pro and four on Premium. Unused unlocks do not carry over to the next billing month.

Access to unlocked blueprints, the AI Coach and related features requires an active subscription or trial. If your subscription ends, your unlocked blueprints and progress stay saved to your account and become available again if you subscribe again, without using new unlocks.

7. AI Coach

The LOUNCHY AI Coach provides automated educational assistance related to the platform and its blueprints. AI-generated responses may contain errors and should not be treated as professional legal, financial, or tax advice. Users should independently verify important information.

8. Intellectual Property

LOUNCHY content, branding, blueprints, and original platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use purchased access for personal or internal business learning, but may not redistribute, resell, or reproduce our materials without authorization.

9. Service Availability

We aim to maintain reliable access to LOUNCHY but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may update, improve, or temporarily suspend features for maintenance, security, or operational reasons.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice before material changes take effect.
